The restaurant was built on the ground floor of the old structure. Characterized by lava rock arches typical hand that give the name to the same location "Arches". On the same floor the multipurpose room designed for every need teaching, the breakfast room (in the old winery) and the cellar. In the kitchen the chef is looking for new and old flavors using garden produce. Agriculture from us was put at the service of the kitchen. Artichokes, asparagus and pumpkins are the wealth of our table, our menus always include a variety of appetizers, condiments and sauces made with seasonal vegetables. Our philosophy is to cook what nature, wiser than us, as for our health depending on the season. Complete the menu meats and cheeses typical Sicilian.
